Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
We currently offer:
- FREE UK Shipping on all orders
- International shipping rates calculated at checkout
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer if applicable in their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, please contact our support team and we’ll help immediately.
Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
